A candidate should have done 12th class or equivalent from any recognised university or board in the subjects prescribed by the Veterinary Council of India. A candidate should have done his or her 12th class in Science subjects with Physics, Chemistry and Biology with English as elective subject. A general candidate should have obtained a minimum aggregate marks of 50% in the 12th class. A reserved category candidate should have scored a minimum aggregate marks of 40% in the 12th class to become eligible for the exam. An appearing candidate of class 12th is also eligible to appear for the exam. Applicant should not be less than 17 years of age in the year of application
The VMU AICEE 2017 Syllabus is not exactly specified anywhere but the questions will come form the syllabus of class 12th and equivalent so that the candidate can read the NCERT and CBSE books for preperation. According to the official notification the exam pattern is decided as there will be 100 MCQ Type question and the candidate have to solve these questions in 3 hours. For each correct answer the candidate will get 3 marks and 1 mark will deducted for each incorrect one.
