For the selection process candidates will be assessed on the basis of marks obtained at graduation level and entrance test wherever applicable. After this they have to clear group discussion and personal interview by showing their caliber and expertise in knowledge and study. In group discussion candidates will be assessed in group of individuals with the same topic at the same time. They have to stand for their own opinion in the group. And in personal interview they will be assessed on the basis of individual capability and skills. The weightage of all the above are as follows- Weightage is given to mainly academic qualifications, and entrance test if applicable. The distribution of weightage ranges between 50 to 60% for academics and 20 to 30% for entrance test, 10% is given to GD PI whereever is applicable.
